CCS - Instructional Technology Accessibility & NTI Survey

In an effort to better understand the availability of high-speed Internet connections, the number of devices available to students for instructional use, and to gather information about the current non-traditional instruction (NTI) days, Campbell County Schools has created the following survey.

The information collected from this survey will be used to assist Campbell County Schools in making future decisions about NTI days and the use of technology to support your students' learning.
If you would please complete this survey at your earliest convenience it would be greatly appreciated.

FAQ’s for NTI Days

What is an NTI Day?

An NTI Day allows Campbell County Schools to provide non-traditional instruction. On the designated NTI Days, students will have assignments that provide continuation of learning. NTI days will start on Thursday, March 19, 2020 and currently end Friday, March 27, 2020.

How will students submit their work from the NTI Days?

Students will know what work needs to be completed by checking the Schoology page of each teacher. It is the expectation that students will do this everyday we have an NTI day. Students are to complete work on-line and specific accommodations can be made on individual basis with the teacher. These accommodations are based upon need and the teacher needs to be informed of those needs as soon as possible. Some assignments such as digital programs like PLATO/Edmentum, Membean, Reading Plus, and ALEKS, will be documented and monitored through usage reports and the students. Online assignments may be completed and submitted online or alternate methods for turning in work will need to be communicated with the teacher.

If a student fails to submit the NTI Day work, that student may be counted as absent for that NTI Day and/or receive a zero for participation on their assignments.

First Day of NTI

Good Morning Camels:

Today is the first day of NTI.  This is different than anything we have experienced before but I know that you will continue to receive a quality education and that each of you will rise to this challenge.   Make sure you stay on top of things and are getting assignments and activities completed.  Just like in a traditional setting if you get behind in your classes it can have an impact on your grades.  Reach out to your teachers if you have questions, your counselors if you have any needs and your administrators if you are struggling, we are here to help.

Make today a great day and remember to show your Camel Pride!!!

Be Respectful

Be Responsible

Be Safe

Have a great day Camels.
