Welcome back for another great school year at GLE!!!!  My name is Amy Williams and this is my 12th year teaching at this terrific school.  I have 26 years of teaching experience.  I have taught kindergarten for the majority of my career, with a few years in first grade, preschool, and reading intervention.  This year I will continue to work with students in kindergarten through third grade in math.  I am excited to see students understand math by building number sense and fluency!  I will be working with small groups of students and also going into Mrs. Howard's, first grade class and Mrs. Dennemann's third grade class to collaborate during math instruction.  During math intervention, students will work on counting, number sense, number identification, problem solving, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. I look forward to watching students grow their math knowledge by building a strong foundation of counting, structuring, and fluency.
