Freshman Expo for incoming 9th graders

Freshman Expo (for incoming 9th graders 2018-19) will be January 24th, 2018.  Starts at 6:30 in the auditorium.

 

Scheduling Nights:

Incoming 11th and 12th grades February 6th, 2018.   5:00-7:00 in media center

Incoming 9th and 10th grades February 8th.  5:00-7:00 in media center

CCHS Volleyball players named All-10th Region

Congratulations to the following CCHS volleyball players for being named All-10th Region.

CCS Wellness Committee will conduct a PUBLIC FORUM on School Nutrition and Physical Activity

The Campbell County Schools’ Wellness Committee will conduct a PUBLIC FORUM on December 18, 2017 at 5:50 pm at the Campbell County Board of Education, 51 Orchard Lane, Alexandria, KY.  This meeting is to discuss and obtain public comment on school nutrition and physical activity environment.

Congratulations to the CCHS Competition Cheer Team for finishing 9th in the state at the KHSAA state competition!

Three Students from CCS participated in the Fourth Annual State Spelling Bee for hard of hearing students

Campbell County Schools was very proud to send three students to the Fourth Annual State Spelling Bee for students who are deaf or hard of hearing: Kaitlyn Moffett, 9th grader at Campbell County High School, Lacey Carson, 4thgrader at Crossroads Elementary School, and Asha Burada, 1st grader at Cline Elementary School. All the students represented Campbell County after placing first or second at a regional spelling bee in October. At the state competition Asha Burada won 1st place in the 1st-2nd grade division and Lacey Carson won 3rd place in the 3rd-4th grade division. All of these students were excellent representatives of Campbell County Schools.

Congratulations, CCHS teacher, Amanda Arthur!

Congratulations to CCHS teacher, Amanda Arthur, for being selected to the Kentucky Department of Education English Language Arts Standards Advisory Panel Committee.  She will be attending her first work session January 31st through February 2nd in Frankfort.  This was a very intensive application process and we are very proud to have Amanda representing our school district!

Discount Cards are still available! discount cards

The Campbell County Football program has several left over discount cards from our Fundraiser this past August. The card is good through July 1, 2018 and we are selling them at a discounted rate of $10 until they are gone.

The card has several good discounts as you can see below. The card also includes Key Tabs for $5 of $30 at Texas Roadhouse and Free $20 game play with purchase of $20 game play at Dave and Busters. The Sam’s tab comes with a gift card at renewal of membership.

Cards are $10. If you are interested, please send an email to Coach Lickert at Stephen.lickert@campbell.kyschools.us. We can make the transaction through the school to school pony. Make checks payable to Campbell County Football.
